Happy Monday my beautiful family, hope you are all having a very blessed and beautiful day! Enjoy another super EASY and delicious recipe, on this niño envuelto, literally the most popular and delicious Mexican pan dulce! I LOOOOVE this bread but usually when bought from panadería, it just tastes too eggy for me 😅 so now i just enjoy it homemade, and tbh it tastes soooo much better after it sits for at least 1 hour, wait if you are patient 🤭 MAKE SURE YOU READ THE DESCRIPTION BOX ❤️

So that's what they're properly called! I've always had to refer to them as "that jelly roll covered in coconut" when asking for them at the panaderia. I wish someone (ahem) would do a video guide to the pastries commonly found in the cases at the Mexican bakery.
