To make in oven: These are the steps for it with the same ingredients and proportion. Feel free to increase the proportion.
    1. Make sure to wrap the bottom of the cake pan with 2 layers of aluminum foil to prevent the water from going inside the cake pan, when you use a push pan or springform pan
    2. Preheat oven to 300 deg F.
    3. Place the prepared cake pan with the batter in center of a baking tray. Keep the baking tray on the middle rack in the oven and Pour 1 cup of hot water in the baking tray.
    4. Bake for 45 min to an hour or until most of the cake is set except the center 1 inches is a bit wiggly.
    5. Make sure to check on the cake after the initial 40 mins to prevent overcooking.

Sorry, can't find the recipe and so won't be subscribing. You have directed multiple questions about this to a (?) description and I cannot find it anywhere and won't spend more time figuring this out!

Diabetic question. Has anyone tried making Cheese Cake like this with an added fruit blended in and not add any sugar? Will it set properly? Mango has such a high sugar content that I'm wondering if I can eliminate the sugar and just use the fruit for sweetness.

Hi I made the cake, it was delicious.
Only problem I faced was my topping starts melting as soon as I take it out of refrigerator. Can you tell me, what did I do wrong ?

hi – I have an Instapot, but I don't have that baking pan / insert that you used to put the cake ingredients in – where can I purchase one? Did that come with your instapot or did you have to purchase it separately?
