Being a Brit, we pronounce Worcestershire sauce as….Worcester sauce. “Wooster”, leaving out shire! Haha. Hope this helps 😊

If u warm the sausages first, the casing comes off easier and it also chops easier. Drop into a hot bowl of water or micro for 45 seconds.
Excellent! For optional toppings add chopped avocado, chopped white onion (raw) and shredded cheddar cheese. Yum.

OMG….This is the BEST chili ever. I will be putting this recipe on repeat! My partner is not Keto. I took half of the chili and put it aside for me. To his half I added a can of red kidney beans…..he lived it too.

This is awesome! I did make one change, though😬. It was the first time I’ve ever had chorizo…..I sliced the chorizo into coins and cooked according to instructions. Didn’t like the taste of the sausage, so I took it all out after simmering. PERFECT!

I haven’t made your chili in forever!!! But we’re having a cold snap in the carolina’s (40 degrees tomorrow) and I thought it fitting to watch your video as a refresher! I’ve already browned my meat and will throw everything in the crockpot tomorrow morning then I’ll get home from work tomorrow and have delicious ketoginja chili for dinner!!!
