Tomatoes tend to mask the taste of the curry.
(Fyi…Ginger helps to prevent stomach upset to the curry if anyone has this stomach concern. ) But the season marinade here is very good for infusion of the meat overnight. I wld add a little hot or boiling water for more gravy.
