Your Sweet Potato Casserole recipe calls for 6 sweet potatoes but your video shows you using just 3. Should I cut all the ingredients listed in the recipe in half?
Thanks. I am enjoying your videos and have made many of your recipes

Wow my friends and family loved this recipe so much that they brought me a bag of sweet potatoes for Christmas too. (Hint, hint) So I'm making Sweet Potato Casserole, Homemade Cranberry Sauce (1 12 oz bag Cranberries, 1/2 C water,1Cup sugar, and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes), Creamy Cheesy Mac n Cheese and Rocky Road Fudge for our Christmas Pot Luck Get-together. I really wanted to do Your Spiral cut Ham recipe and green beans with bacon but someone beat me to it. It seems we all have Instant Pots or Pressure Cookers and love Instant Pot Recipes. Thank You so much for sharing, Your Recipes make the Holidays so easy!

FYI, speaking of potato mashers. My mom taught me 40 years ago that cooking Hamburger meat while mashing it with a potato masher cooks the ground beef perfectly. No Big chunks and all uniformly cooked. I won't cook hamburger meat without my potato masher.

I'm wondering… I want to make sweet potatoes which i put in the oven. Can I just put the sweet potatoes in pressure cooker for maybe 18 mins(regardless of size) so they cook faster, remove, put in a pan, add ingrediants and put into oven to cook all together with brown sugar and syrup

I dont know if I would call this a instant pot recipe. All you did in the instant pot was cook the sweet potatoes. Which dont get me wrong, it does make that part so much faster but to a instant pot recipe, the whole recipe is cooked in the instant pot. None the less, still looks amazing!
