My pot is brand new and it won't make this recipe. It insists on giving me the burn message after it pressurizes. I am assuming due to not enough liquid?? I added more water and it did it again.

i love your videos, especially the ones where you teach solo, they have helped me a lot. I was scared to even try to use the instant pot but i watched one of your videos and you talked me through the procedure…I DID IT!! thanks.

You had me until you added bagged cooked chicken instead of using your own. That's my problem with some of your recipes. For instance, I would never use bagged pre-made meatballs. Other than that, you have some good recipes.

I really liked the sound of this recipe, but it just didn't work for me. As someone else mentioned, i have an 8 qt. instant pot and i got a burn message. I let the pressure release…then added 1 more cup of water. It cooked fine after that. It seemed really bland to me, so i added some chopped garlic, red pepper flakes and some ginger. I think i would cut back on some of the sugar….it was a bit too sweet for my taste. Anyway, thanks for posting the recipe!

I made this tonight it was a hit. Only thing is I needed more of the sauce mixture to the amount of chicken. One other thing is I thought the IP broke. When I did QR no steam came out and didn’t hear pin drop. I freaked out a bit. I tested it and just fine.

Note to self: Use Sealing, not Venting. Be careful with these instructions. The food is probably great, but as I said, be careful with these instructions. When in doubt, always check comments. The comments saved this video.

Ok…so I’ve convinced myself that I am a one pot failure! It seems some things turn out to be honest but most don’t. I have the Duo Plus Instant Pot. It takes 20-25 min. Just to start cooking even though I’ve sautéed everything or made the food very hot! I’m about to throw this thing out my kitchen window 😩

You are sugar coating highly processed, deep fried frozen bits of chicken with a complete days worth of sodium. You might as well throw in a stick of butter and hight blood pressure medicine.

I've made this twice now and it is SOOOO AMAZING! I couldn't find popcorn chicken at my grocery store so I subbed Tyson Naturals Breaded Chicken Chunks and they were perfect! I allowed my IP to do a 3 min. slow release just to be sure (since they are bigger than popcorn pieces) and it turned out perfectly. I was even able to TRIPLE the recipe in my 6 quart for a New Year's Eve party and everyone loved them. My son took my second instant pot back to college with him just for this recipe! SOOOOO GOOD! Thank you!!!

I'm a newbie and have only done one recipe so far. I am waiting to receive the 2 stack inner pots. Would love to see a recipe for this, with rice at same time using the 2 inner pots. However, with this particular recipe,… How many servings does it make? Thank you.

My favorite new kitchen appliance.>>>ur2.pl/1046 Between this and my air fryer you practically can cook everything. I love that you can sear meat and then pressure cook it rather that dirty another pan searing and adding to a crock pot. I have already given out many as gifts. It’s the perfect wedding, new baby, and off to college gift!

I just got an Instant Pot and I'm so excited to try this! I have a 6 quart duo and I do not have a "manual" option. What do I push instead? Thank you and I'm loving your videos! 😀😀
