i get that your an organization and trying to remain professional but please i beg of you put the ingredients in the description. This is the basics for any cooking channel. Please. Its not hard
Great recipe. But instead of testing your yeast in that rich mix and having to throw it away, you can just test a pinch or two in warm water for 10 mins first! Reduce wastage and all that.
half of that bench flour wasn't even needed, it actually makes most people add too much extra flour because they think it's too sticky. You can honestly get a somewhat sticky dough nice and smooth and not sticky with kneading alone, at school we only use extra flour if the dough if it's REALLY wet like it spreads onto the counter like a paste rather than roll out like dough
I see most comments a year or 2 old so I don't know if I'll get a response but here goes…… i tried this recipe today. The LOOK great! But the are dense and dry inside. What did I do wrong?
How many rolls did the recipe yield ?
It is an amazing video… everything explained, down to how to choose the correct ingredients and what to expect. Thank you!
It’s funny if you to assume I am eating this with dinner and not shoving this all in my mouth at once
Awesome video going to my kitchen right now to make a whole bunch for my crockpot full of spicy chilli
Woah, actually that's Philippines traditional bread. Amazing! We called it "Pandisal"

if your yeast doesn't bloom at first – don't throw it away – just add fresh yeast!
