    A huge difference between Kosher salt and regular salt. Regular salt is denser flavor wise for a given measure. ! tablesppon of Kosher salt wont be too much on a stews meat before cooking but regular table salt might ruin the dish. People should not use them interchangably without adjusting. Dont crowd fried foods. It can drop the oil temp and make foods greasy.
