Sadly my husband doesnāt like guacamole š If you leave the pit from one of the avocados in the finished guacamole, it will prevent it from turning brown so you would be able to eliminate lime or lemon juiceš

Oh this looks incredible! I have an oil question though. I've never had a deep fryer and never filled a large pot for deep frying. What do you do with the oil afterword? Do you leave it in the deep fryer? Can the oil be used for multiple uses? Is the oil still "good" if there is an extended duration between uses?

There are a couple places I've had stuffed and then fried avocados before. Great with shredded chicken.
