I used New Mexico chile pods along with 12 Chile arbol, it was spicy but not to the point that you don’t enjoy your food! If you don’t like spicy add less or add more tomatoes, another thing, if your tortillas beak when rolling, microwave them for another minute, the blender I’m using is the vitamix a 3500 and pots and pans are in the description!
