Now yesss you can boil the potatoes without the skin for less time, but that will cause the potatoes to be mushy and we don’t want that since we will be adding the guajillo sauce! If you have a air fryer, use it to speed up the process 😅😉 love you and hope you enjoy it as much as me and my family, it’s seriously the best tacos! Perfect to serve with all your sopitas!
