As a student with a multi cooker I often find myself making big pots of stews of whatever I have. Usually ground turkey i use with carrots, celery, kale, sweet potatoes, red potatoes, onions, garlic, spinach, and bay leaf…and sometimes a scotch bonnet pepper (hard to find fresh ones in Maryland) or jalapeno. Since I got the multi cooker I usually make my own broth as well these days for soups…just making use of the chicken wing bones from takeout or bones from home cooked mills. When I want to go big, I pressure cook me a boneless leg of lamb and make a stew similar to your beef stew. When my caribbean behind is craving some food from home I like making brown stew chicken. I like to add a spoon of full fat greek yogurt to my stews especially the ones I spice up with scotch bonnet pepper
