I have an instant pot but it’s a rice cooker. It does have a slow cooking setting but it’s not a pressure cooker so I’m wondering if it will still do the job.

I absolutely LOVE barbacoa. But even though I grew up in a semi-Hispanic family, nobody in my family knew how to make it…not even my maternal grandmother who was from Mexico.
