Hey hun, you are a gorgeous babe with or without makeup, glasses, or hair!❤
I wrote both soup and bread recipe out so I can try both, as they look awesome!
However…Never having made bread before (but planning on buying instant yeast sachets cos have seen them at my store) I have to ask a couple of probably dumb questions please? 🙏🏼
is the WAIT 2-8 hours thing for the whole ball of raw bread? Or for the little spoon thing of yeast and water to rest as it activates or whatever? And was that really only HALF a teaspoon of quick yeast, like it says in your recipe please?😬
🍞Well, if u don’t get a chance to answer….I’ll just let both rest for a few hours each😂 THANKS HEAPS! Love you Miranda❤

I love soup season! I’ll make big pots of soup and freeze it off in portions. Super easy and warming lunches for me, especially when we get into a snowy winter. I kinda can’t wait to use my oven. I haven’t been using it because it’s just been too hot. I’ve gotten a lot of great use out of my air fryer and using my bread machine for baking bread. But I miss a good crust loaf of bread, yum! I’ve been making some comfort foods as it starts to cool off. I made a chickpea loaf, which my mom wants me to make when she visits, lentil meatless balls and cauliflower/cashew Alfredo! Nom Nom! I’m looking forward to what you do with the leftover chickpeas, I have some in the freezer!

I love using dried beans, especially in my instant pot. 😊
    Yesterday I made Lentil soup 🍲 😋

Thanks for showing the bread 🍞process. I've made it few times, but I like to see others different takes on making it.
    Looks yummy! 😉

Love the sound and look of this soup and love the chicken peas, the water from the beans (I use canned) is perfect for making homemade hummus if you are reducing calories by adding a small amount of olive oil!! ❤

When you say dollar store, do you mean Dollar tree? This looks delicious! Also, you could put your dough in the oven with the light on to help with the rise. What caused you to not enjoy the bread anymore?

I used to be afraid of dried beans, then I got an instant pot. Life changing! You can get an older model instant pot or other brand for $50. Worth it! I also save all my veggie scraps in a zip lock in my freezer and at the end of the week I add scraps, water to fill line and some spices(spices depend on what cuisine you will be using the broth for, e.g. pho- star anise, cloves and cinnamon or italian- oregano, thyme, sage, rosemary, or generic no spices or for beef less stew tomato paste, etc.) anyways I’ve saved so much on veg broth by simply saving my veg scraps!
