Iβm so excited to try this π my husband loves beef stew. Iβve always been apprehensive to make it because I thought it was difficult but Steph you make it look so easy. Iβve been a viewer for almost 5 years βΊοΈ this June. I remember because when I was newly wed I didnβt know how to make a single dish. Not even the basics rice and beans. I found you and Cloud making dishes on YouTube and I immediately felt like I was learning from my tias π. I just want to say thank you for being there for me and teaching me how to cook. I love that you always encourage us to make it comfortable for our homes. My husband has loved every recipe Iβve tried that youβve shared with us π. One of our favorite recipes is your fajitas and potato salad πthe best!

Love pairing arroz y frejoles with the stew. My compliments. To reduce carbs, I swap the potatoes with turnips. The turnips pick up the meat flavor.
