Hi Elizabeth—I absolutely adore your channel and have made tons of your recipes! I need to spend some time this week commenting on all the ones I’ve made! They have made me enjoy cooking for the first time since childhood and have given me a much better understanding for my body and healthy food. so grateful to have found your channel and look forward to continuing on your journey and making many more delicious meals and treats!

by the way, was looking at your quick links for staple kitchen items and i was hoping to find out what kind of spoons/utensils you use? I need a new set (my wood ones were pretty cheap) and truly trust your judgement!

I enjoy your videos so much – you explain things SO well as you're cooking and I find what you make to be so inspirational! One struggle that I have is that my kids would not eat most of the things I watch you prepare 🙁 Shrimp, mushrooms, leeks, even soup in general. I feel so stuck in their eating patterns. If you ever have bandwidth or ideas to speak into this, I'd be so excited to hear more about your perspective and approach with picky eaters. All the best <3 Courtney

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful videos of the nourishing meals you make for your family! I really like the style of your kitchen, too! I’m wondering where you got your ceramic blueberry strainer as well as your blue flowered electrical wall plates? Also, I’m curious where you were trained as a Holistic Nutritionist? Thank you for continuing to inspire us to create delicious, healthy meals.

I want to start growing leeks too . I’ve never tried them, but this recipe looks amazing. A lot of my UK garden channels grow them , so definitely need to try❤️ beautifully done Elizabeth

Oh my gosh, my mouth was watering while you were cooking that shrimp and mushroom pasta. I'm definitely going to the store for those ingredients. Thanks for sharing all of these great recipes 😊

OMGoodness! I can almost taste that soup and especially the pasta shrimp dish! I’m trying to grow leeks this year. And shallots! I’m so excited about everything that is growing now but still need to get more started! I need the rain to slow down here because I can’t do much outside with all the rain we’re having and all the pollen! Great video Elizabeth! More goodies to try! ❤❤❤

Honestly, the way I have found to clean leaks is to soak in a big bowl and let the grit settle to the bottom then gently lift the leaks out. Just rinsing them never seems to get them clean. The water from the soak then goes to water plants like herbs or my garden.

I have made your blackberry bars twice. Once for myself and then for a friend that had surgery. Delicious. I did reduce the flour a little and added a little chia seeds, flax meal and hemp hearts. I appreciate that you cook healthy, but not with weird ingredients, if you know what I mean.
