    I saw this yesterday and ran home to make it (minus fennel) and it was one of-if not the most- delicious pasta I've ever made. We wanted to eat the entire pot. It was fairly easy too. Oh and I topped it with a little goat cheese. Thank you!

    Garlic is soooo good for you! I can't wait to make this. I do not like fennel at all. I wonder how drastically the taste will change if I omit that ingredient? 🤔

    Over the summer of 2020 and quarantine, while everyone was learning to make sourdough, my mother and I learned to make this. This beats sourdough by a mile, it is my favorite pasta, even better than any restaurant. We usually also fry shrimp to make a shrimp arrabbiata. Even though 24 cloves of garlic sounds like a lot, I would not put that much in anything else, but it works really well in this dish. I have yet to found a better pasta.

    I cooked this for dinner tonight. I was hesitant about the 24 cloves of garlic, but it was so good & delicious! I love it when Ina calls for wine (or any alcohol) to be added to a dish… it means there’s something left over to drink with dinner! 🍷😉
