Finally found the recipe I have always wanted … I had question though ! Vegan butter is hard to find right now in my area and I am not vegan but I am a vegetarian… so can regular butter be used instead of vegan butter ? These are delicious! I don’t eat brownies that often and have only made them a few times. I had all the ingredients and a some free time, so I decided to try them out. The canned chick peas I had were salted so I decreased the amount of salt called for in the recipe by half. Didn’t seem to make any impact on the final product. Even though there is a good amount of sugar the brownies aren’t super sweet. Thanks for another fantastic recipe, Nisha!
