I live in an apartment in Sydney right by the Parramatta River. We never go camping, don’t own. BBQ so I need your advice. Could I use water purifier tablets (where do you even buy them?) with river water? Extensive work was done to remove chemical pollutants last year but I feel uncertain because we are told not to eat the fish from the river in our area as it has poisons!
Separate potable and non potable water. Add tap water each time you empty a bottle of laundry soap or bleach (assuming you purchase rather than MOO soap) Invest in a quality gravity water filter.
I love the your attitude of hasn’t life become interesting. Thank you for not being gloom and doom but giving good common sense advice and how to accomplish it. I am over yonder in the U SA.
Another great video I love seeing all of them. The idea of left over porridge into muffins is a brilliant idea I have never thought of this but I will be doing this as we get left over porridge and at the moment we are waste not household more than ever.
Great ideas Cath! I always enjoy the information that you provide

Consider ways to save water such as disposable dinnerware, hand sanitizer, so will need less stored water.
Maybe we should have 31 days of clothes, so we won’t need to do laundry. 😀
You explain this so well
I'm subscribed. How do we get in for the dehydrator? Love you much, you're wonderful !
