I made this with roasted and salted peanuts from a tin 😄, and put the olive oil and garlic into the cheese, no parsley at hand. Soaked overnight. Doubled the nooch. Turned out like a firm pudding (which it is😄), but spreadable. It was delicious!

He looks like such a sweetheart 😍 Looks just like my little baby and he too is a sweetie🥰, I just love him, I just wish he'd wear his collar, but he refuses, he takes his off within a few minutes after I put it on him, I tried about 4 times but no way, he isn't gonna wear it for mommy😁

    "Don't forget, it melts!" 😂

I love how it was necessary to cut the video to add that slice of commentary at the beginning. And I love how you realized that had to be stated at the front of the video (because obviously it's a huge selling point).

Jana, is your cat VEGAN? What do you feed her? I have a cat since a few month, that came to my house and stayed on my porch. Three weeks ago she gave birth to 3 kittens in my bedroom. I can't give them to a shelter, I love the cat and her kittens. Can you advice me on what to feed the cat.

Thank you!!! This is an amazing cheeze, I made it yesterday. Those green olives and the white pepper are the game changers, I love it ❤ But it‘s quite a big portion, so I‘m thinking about freezing half of it – hope this will work out.

Very grateful to you for introducing me to Sour Starch. Cassava flour on steroids! Can only purchase it online, and it ships from Brazil, which is fine as long as nothing is in lockdown, but it does make me wonder, just in general, if one could make it at home. Couldn't find any useful info online. Do you know?

Very interesting recipe, and I have everything except for the sour starch. May I know how do you ferment your starch or is it available in the stores already that way?

I am 10000% doing this for my next charcuterie board. Thank you for yet another amazing recipe!! 1 thing I might add is some sauerkraut liquid. I find it adds a certain flavour that really hits my pallet just right. The olives is an amazing idea as well, I'll definitely try it.
