I've just finished eating a whole lot of bread with your cream cheese and green onions on top… It was amazing! So cheap, simple to make, and absolutely delicious. I didn't even add any nutritional yeast because I unfortunately didn't have any, I can only imagine how delicious it would be with it! Thank you!

The milk curdling is like making tofu! I wonder if this would work by using tofu instead of going through the curdling process?

You are so cute. I love your recipes, and you just made my day: you can freeze your vegan cream cheese!

Edit: made it yesterday. I think I didn't let the soy milk come close enough to a boil because I didn't get large curds and clear whey. Couldn't get enough moisture out without losing good stuff so there was no need to add the extra milk. It's soft but it tastes good, and I know what's in it so I'll eat it and try again when this is gone.
