We do up collard greens a lot around here, but more your basic pan fry with lemon and garlic and such… nothing this beautiful or extravagant. I love this one!! You've done a gorgeous side here I'd fill my plate up with. Thank you!

I'm a Southern gal, but creamed collard greens are new to me. I have had plenty of collards cooked and sprinkled with hot sauce and bacon, but dang that creamed dish looks tasty. If you hear a knock on the door on Thanksgiving, that will be me, holding my plate and fork!

It’s been so hard for me to get into the holiday season because I’m losing everything my job soon my home over declining the vaccine. I have lupus and I didn’t want to take any chances because I’m already in a lot of pain. I am a single mother with two beautiful autistic children both are non verbal. Im having a hard time providing for them at this time. The holidays are hard on me because my husband passed away three years ago around this time. I miss him dearly. But I have faith God will provide, and keep us safe.
