Happy Thanksgiving 😊. Loved the charcuterie style dinner. We had for appetizers, broccoli , carrots, cucumber and ranch dip, cranberry salsa over cream cheese with Ritz crackers. For the main meal we had roasted chicken instead of turkey ( hubby doesn't care for it) taters and gravy, stuffing, deviled eggs, and cranberry sauce. It's just the two of us because all the children live out of state except one and he is have issues that we don't impose ourselves in so there's that. Holidays can be rough for some of us but at least we are not totally alone. Otherwise we had a lovely Thanksgiving dinner together ❤️

Happy Thanksgiving and much love to you. We had a quiet day and did ham, potato salad and slaw. We planned on doing Green beans casserole and baked beans but decided we didn't want that much. It was yummy anyway. The charcuterie board looked very good. One helpful tip is using the little pedestals or footed dishes if you have any. Just gives you more arranging room and area.

That dressing looked so delicious. We watched the parade. My son loves Thanksgiving. We had turkey, ham, mashed potatoes and gravy, stovetop, green beans, peas, mac n cheese, deviled eggs, potato salad, Hawaiian rolls, my daughter baked a cheesecake, oreo dessert, and pumpkin pie. We ate way too much. We always have leftovers and we enjoy them. With the ham bone…i will make pinto beans. The turkeys carcass is in the freezer for a pot of creamy turkey stew.

I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving, Kathy. We went to my oldest boy and his wife's house and he did the majority of the cooking. I made a potato casserole. He told me to make two so I did. Well, the stinker only did that so he could have the second tray for himself for leftovers. All in all it was a great day💖💖
