I love watching you guys. Not only are you informative, teaching ppl how to do things they may never have done before, OR, have had difficulty doing, you're both also likeable as well as enjoyable to watch. You show a passion for what you do and towards each other. Keep up the AWESOME work. I wish that I was in a more favorable financial position to become a patron because I would totally support you guys. Hopefully in the future that will change.

Reading some of the other comments got me thinking of Thanksgiving leftovers and the grease/fat that gets tossed from the drippings that doesn't get put in the gravy. Some of the fat if it's put in the freezer would make some extra savory flavor for the crust.

I have a hack for pie crusts. I freeze the flour … just for making pie…. then add room temp butter and use a hand mixer to cut it in. It is backwards but it really works well… and my hands don't get dirty. How did this come to be? A high pain day and the most amazing home canned cherry pie filling….and a daughter who really wanted pie.
