I'm one of those who think cilantro taste like soap and yes I know what soap taste like. My upbringing if you dared to use a cuss word and was heard you got your mouth washed out with soap

Flo, I have a lot of salmon from last year’s catch—how could I adapt this to salmon curry? Add the salmon chunks after the rest is cooked? Thanks for all your inspiration!

My Thai basil has purple tips? I, too, am a brown-thumb, and we started our raised bed garden in the early part of the pandemic. By raised, I mean they are waist-high so I don’t have to bend or squat—yay! Not much luck last year but this years it’s looking pretty good.

Looks delicious! Your beautiful garden gives me hope that a brown thumb like me think that I could have one too. I have put extra Thai basil from the Asian market in water and it roots really well, then transfer it to a pot.

My favorite curry. I use the same brand of paste, reminds me of Indian curry especially with the potatoes and the turmeric is good good for you. I typically also sauté ginger, garlic with the onion.
