A solution to the salt-free question is to indicate on the package how much salt you recommend the customer add, to get the flavour Kim Cambell would use, and leave it up to the customer to add the salt, or leave it out.

Thank you, Chef AJ, for honoring those of us who do not use salt, at all. It's precisely the reason I don't buy Plant Pure's, Dr. McDougall's and much of Plant Strong's shelf products. I sometimes purchase Plant Strong's when there is no added salt. There's a market for no salt products.
