For me as a European, I do not get the onion and the garlic powder. Especially because you also use fresh onoin and garlic. Also, we always add beans… sorry. Still, this looks delicious, what would be some good side dishes?

Looks like a great simple chili!! Definitely gonna take some pointers from your video and incorporate into my own Texas non Texas chili. Lol. I put chicken in mine and that ish won’t fly in the tx 😭😭🤷♂️🤣
