What smoke did you use?
What would you say lends the most heat, the chipotle’s or the seasoning? I followed the recipe 100% besides the chipotle’s. I could not find the smaller cam so I went with the next size up and I think it’s fantastic!! However I want to do this for my guys at work and it’ll be a bit spicy for some of them.
