    For the muffins I think it’s just easier to use paper cups. They are affordable and you just throw them out after. No mess, no cleaning required.

    Put Coarse Sea Salt or Coarse Kosher Salt in that salt grinder and Christopher will never go back. Tastes fresher and you need less salt for the same impact on food.

    My mom has had those muffin forms since before I was born (since like 2002) and you are not supposed to put them in the dishwasher just like anti stick pans, they won’t go off as easily anymore

    For the silicone cups, you don’t need your tray nor the spray. Mine work fine without anything to it 🙈 and I flip them over before putting them in the dishwasher so there’s no residue ☺️

    I have two thoughts 1: with the smore's you should try putting the chocolate and gramcracker in the microwave first for 20-30secs then once that is done add the marshmallow and put it in for another 30sec, and see what happens. 2: with the muffin cups try putting them in the dishwasher inside out and see if it cleans better.

    For those muffin cup thingies, flip them inside out, brush them off real quick with a scrub brush under warm water, then put in the dish washer.

    I've had mine for 2 years now and I much prefer cleaning the cups verses cleaning the muffin tin. Silicone is much easier to clean than a pan.

    I have silicone cupcakes molds for several years, they wash very good in the dishwasher (what’s wrong with your dishwasher??), but they keep turning upside down since they’re so light weight so they come out filled with the dishwasher water

    I grind my salt in my grinder beacuse I use himalayan rock salt and it comes in little rocks 😄 and for the muffins I use paper cups to put in my tin so it is easier to clean and the muffins are all in paper wraps an the bottom 😉 amd for the guacamole put the clean wrap right on top of the guack not on top of the bowl 😉

    Is it just me or did anyone else freak out when she put the plastic stir thingy into the hot meat sauce only to realise a few seconds later that it could bear the heat of it cuz it was designed for hot liquids too?

    When I make s’mores at home I do graham cracker chocolate marshmallow and put that under the broiler for like 30 seconds to a minute and it give it the campfire flavor! Then take it out and smush it with the second graham cracker

    I had this little silicone cups and they look good but its hell to wash because of the little lines that stay with cake. But we don’t usually have dish washer here in Brazil

    With the avacodo leave the pit in it and cover with saranwrap you can keep it for 2 at least to days in the fridge, you can also put the pit in your guac it reduces the browning
