    I cooked your chicken chili and I smoked a whole chicken. Could I smoke without skin so your seasoning penitrate better? Would it dry chicken? Awesome recipe. Thank you

    If your into losing fat and do keto, correctly. Eating fat contrary to opinion is the best way to fuel ketones. Don't eat the grain fed chickens that have been fed with GMO corn or other GMO feed. Always,always strive for organic vegetarian fed free range chicken…just my opinion….for what it's worth
