    Thank you for inspiring me, Amanda! I made this tonight and my teenage son had three helpings! Alterations: added crushed garlic cloves, more like a 1/2 cup wine. Finished with finely chopped cilantro and a big squeeze of lemon. So good!

    I always make a whole chicken with my 7.25 quart Dutch Oven….it fits everything and if you're in the market for one (and want to use it for whole chicken), don't go smaller than 6 quarts!

    Lol all the cross contamination folks can relax….there's clearly a cut part at 3:26…..in between her salting the chicken and adding the pepper. She was turning towards the sink probably to wash her hands.
