I've watched a few videos on here that show GMO-free products from Costco. I think I need to check them out at some point because that kind of thing is getting harder to find. Thanks for the video on the subject!
It's a complete protein if you serve it over rice. That's cool for prepping if you don't have meat around. Looks yummy! Love lentils!

I would end up putting it in a burrito and adding cheese and sour cream and guacamole. So much for healthy huh? LOL
