Hi, i ve been toTaiwan,but don't know this dish. Is it popular?,is it like Vietnamese beef stew?. How could you eat that portion only?, when i have soup noodle, i bowl is like 7 times bigger and the portion is like 6 times more. BTW, i ve been making/eating your steamed bun everyday. It's the best BAO!, softest and fluffiest!.
Instead of spice bag, can i just throw in chinese 5 spice and mix it in the pot?
