In this easy cooking video, I cook some beef and rice in my Instant Pot Ultra 60 pressure cooker. The ingredients I used in this easy recipe are 1 lb of beef stew meat, 2 cups of rice, 2 cups of water, and about 2 cups of frozen mixed vegetables. INGREDIENTS:
4 Medium Bell Peppers
1 Small Onion
½ pound Ground Beef (220g)
2 cups Cooked Rice , packed (300g)

2 Garlic Cloves
3 tbsp Breadcrumbs – http://amzn.to/2EVqfnY
1 can Tomatoes (14 ounces/400 g)
½ cup Water
METHOD:
Rinse the peppers. Cut off the top parts and remove all the membranes and seeds.
In a bowl, combine together finely chopped onion, ground beef, cooked rice, marjoram, salt, pepper, minced garlic, breadcrumbs and ½ can of tomatoes (without their juice). Mix well using your hand or spoon.
Fill each pepper with the mixture.
Add water and the remaining tomatoes (with juices) to the inner pot of the Instant pot. Insert the steam rack and place the stuffed peppers onto it.
Lock the lid. Turn the steam release to SEALING and press MANUAL. Adjust the time to 8 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally (about 4 minutes) before opening the lid.
Let the peppers cool down slightly before serving.

1 can beef consommé minus 1/4 cup
1/4 cup red wine
1 onion chopped
1 bell pepper chopped
**If you can’t find or don’t want to bother with the consomme, use all beef/broth or stock. The wine is for a little flair. You don’t have to use it and it will not make a difference to the outcome of the beef tips. Just 1 whole can of broth/stock if you choose to leave the wine out.

1/3 cup honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce (see notes for alternatives)
1/2 cup no salt ketchup
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
4 to 6 bone-in, skinless chicken thighs
salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
1/2 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
sliced green onions, for garnish
Instructions
In a small mixing bowl combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, ketchup, oregano and parsley; mix until well combined and set aside.
Heat the Instant Pot in sauté mode.
Add sesame oil to the pot.
Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper; arrange in the instant pot and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Add the prepared honey garlic sauce to the pot; cover and lock the lid.
Cook in poultry mode for 20 minutes.
Turn off the pot and allow it to release the pressure, about 5 minutes.
Transfer chicken to a serving plate and spoon the sauce over the chicken.
Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and green onions.
Serve.
