Keto Friendly SOUL FOOD Grilled Chicken Ninja Foodi Grill Recipes with DUCK FAT hot slaw! I grilled the chicken in my Ninja Foodi Grill and it came out fantastic. This would be a great air fryer recipe too. The duck fat slaw is next level delicious. This is a quick weeknight recipe ready in about 25 minutes. Perfect for a low carb diet.

Here is the recipe:
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 TBSP Black Pepper
1/2 Cup Coarse Salt
1-1/2 to 2 Lbs. Salmon (Preferably Wild Caught)
PREPARATION
Place the Salmon in a large resealable bag. Mix dry ingredients and apply to salmon. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours. Rinse the cure and dry with paper towels. Set Traeger to smoke with lid open until fire is established. Smoke salmon for 30 minutes (Skin-Side down). Increase to 225°F-230°F. Cook salmon for 45 min-1 hour. Refrigerate until serving time.

There is nothing like homemade, this chicken is soft and very flavorful and I can assure you when you make the sauce, you will be eating home a lot. Customize the wraps anyway you like it and make them as you go.

Ing:
1 onion cut in two (for baking the chicken in the oven)
Bamboo skewers (for making a tower for the chicken)
1.5 lbs chicken breast tenders
2 tbsp fresh ginger and garlic
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp sambal or chili sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon pepper
Marinate the chicken with this marinade for 20 minutes
flat chicken marinade:
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp cinnomon
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
1 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp lemon juice
Marinate the chicken with the second marinade and let it sit for 20 to 30 minutes
Homemade sauce ing:
4 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp mayonaise
2 tbsp tahini sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sambal chili garlic sauce
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
1 tsp ginger and garlic fresh puree
1 tsp black pepper
salt to taste
Method
Wash and cut chicken, pat dry and marinate the chicken with the first marinade. Flatten the chicken and marinate with second marinade and let it sit for at least 30 min. Turn oven on to 400 degrees, bake the chicken until it is white inside, it should cook for a good 35 minutes. I made my pitas at home as well https://youtu.be/uZlLv4H9-DA

Oh my Goodness!!! Winner, winner, chicken dinner!!!! I Can’t believe that I made this whole 5.5lb chicken and it took about 1/2 an hour!! I told my hubby tonight that I am getting rid of my 5.3 qt air fryer…I will only be making whole chickens in my Foodi from now on!! I pressure cooked it on high with a cup of chicken broth for 20 mins. (it probably only needed 15, but because the chicken was so big I added another 5 mins to the time) Then I switched the lid and air fried it for 15 mins@ 400 degrees. I then removed the chicken and basket and made the gravy in the same pot!!! Woohoo!!

Here is the donut recipe:
Ingredients:
1 cup of flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
pinch of salt
1/2 cup of sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 tablespoon melted butter

Directions:
Blend flour, baking powder, salt & sugar
in another bowl blend egg, milk, vanilla, and butter
pour wet mixture into dry mixture.
pour 1 tablespoon into donut each donut holder. Cook in big boss grill 5 minutes.
