Recipe is below:

CHICKEN STOCK USING INSTANT POT

2 chicken thighs (or other chicken parts)
8 to 10 cups water
2 to 3 pieces ginger (thumb size)
1 tablespoon salt or less

Rinse chicken thighs in cold water. Remove chicken skin. Put into Instant Pot. Add 8 to 10 cups water. Add ginger pieces. Add salt. Set pressure setting at high pressure. Cook for 15 minutes. You can cook longer if you like. Let pressure natural release for 20 to 30 minutes. Remove chicken thighs and separate meat from the bones. Use chicken in your recipes. Put the chicken broth through a strainer to capture any bones, if required. Otherwise, just pour chicken broth into a big bowl. The chicken broth is now ready for your recipes, such as soups, congee and stews. Enjoy!

Instant pot chicken momo (chicken dumplings)

For stuffing:
1 lb ground chicken
1 medium sized finely chopped onion
1 cup chopped scallion
A handful chopped cilantro
2 tbsp minced ginger
Salt as per the taste
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp momo masala
1 tbsp oil
Mix it well
TO Steam:
Apply the oil in a steamer
Next we need momo wrapper
(You can get momo wrapper from Asian grocery store)
Apply water on top of the wrapper
Add stuffing on the wrapper
Give a shape you want
Momo is ready for steam
Add a cup of water in the Instant pot
Place the trivet
Place the steamer in the instant pot
Close the lid and turn the knob to sealing position
Press the steam button and set the time for 3 minutes
Quick release the pressure after 10 minutes of Natural release
Now our momos are ready
Enjoy with spicy momo chutney

This is the first video in my Instant Pot series. I decided to make at least 6 recipes for you that are my favorite Instant Pot meals. By steaming one whole chicken in my 6-quart pot, I will be able to make endless delicious meals. It is economical to use one chicken and not just parts that will cost more. Cooked steamed chicken can be used for such meals as chicken pot pie, chicken salad, chicken soup and stir-fried chicken and rice. The possibilities are endless. I made soup from the broth in this meal, it was amazing.

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. boneless beef chuck roast, well trimmed and sliced into thin strips
Salt and pepper
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup beef broth
1/2 cup soy sauce*
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 lb. broccoli florets
3 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons cornstarch
Toasted sesame seeds for garnish, optional

RECIPE:

1 Cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
6-10 chicken legs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp grated ginger

Pour soy sauce and vinegar into the Pot. If you have a steam basket use that and place it into the Pot. You can also use the trivet that came with your pot. Pile the chicken legs into the basket or on the trivet. Lock the lid and make sure the VALVE is in the SEALED position. Cook on HIGH for 12 minutes. Do a quick pressure release. Using tongs to take out the chicken legs and placed on a lined rimed baking sheet. Remove the basket or trivet and put in the ginger and sugar and combine. Turn your oven to broil on high. Baste the legs with the sauce. Broil one side for about 2 minutes. Baste and turn the legs over and baste again. Broil until skin is crispy.

One Pot Korean Spicy Ribs with Rice
Serves 4 to 6

Ingredients

1 rack of baby back ribs(about up to 3lb.)
2 Tbs cooking oil
1 medium size onion, 1/4 inch thick sliced
1/2 cup water plus 5 cups

For The Sauce
1 1/2 Tbs gochujang, Korean red pepper paste
3 Tbs gochugaru, Korean red pepper flakes
3 Tbs mirin
3 Tbs soy sauce
3 Tbs honey
1 1/2 Tbs sesame oil
2 Tbs chopped garlic (approximately 7 to 10 cloves garlic)
1 tsp grated ginger

1 cup Jasmine rice
2 green onions, chopped
Sesame seeds
Salt and pepper for seasoning.
