Preparation Time : 15 minutes
Cooking Time : 90 minutes
Serving : 8-9 people
Ingredients
3-4 lb Pork loin
1 onion, sliced,
1 tbsp garlic powder
½ tbsp onion powder
½ tbsp smoked paprika
½ cup water
½ cup bbq sauce
¼ cup ketchup
1 tbsp soy sauce
Instruction
1. Cut pork into 3 parts, about 1 lb each.
2. Rub pork with spices.
3. Put onion in the bottom of the pot, then add pork.
4. Mix the sauce, then pour on top off the pork.
5. Close the lid, Set up on high pressure. Cook for an hour.
6. When it’s done. Shred the pork with spoon and fork.

The best part about this recipe its done in our . . . INSTANT POTS!!!! You will be so surprised at how fast this is to make. Better yet you are going to love how its a flavor bomb on your taste buds. OMG So heres to happy cooking but better yet heres to happy eatings Happy New Year everyone!!!
HEY THERE GOOD LOOKIN’, LET’S GET COOKIN’ GOOD LOOKIN’ LET’S MAKE US SOMETHING GOOD TO EAT TONIGHT!!! . . .
~Teasers Pleasers~ INSTANT POT BBQ PARTY
1 lb ground beef (if making your own meatballs) or you can use frozen meatballs just as well for this recipe
1 pkg (16 oz) miniature hot dogs
1 jar (12 oz jar) apricot preserves
1 c Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce
1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks
If making your own meatballs put some oil im bottom of of the instant pot insert & set Instant Pot on Saute mode. Now we will be just browning the meatballs up. When they are all browned up remove from insert. Now lets make that beautiful BBQ PARTY SAUCE!!!! YUM!!! Add the Apricot Preserves & Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce, mix well. Now put the meatballs & the miniature hot dogs into the BBQ PARTY SAUCE, mix well to coat the meatballs & mini hot dogs well. Place the cover on & close the vent. Manually set the time for 5 minutes then after the 5 minutes cooking time lets do a quick release. Open the can of pineapple chunks & drain off the juice & add the drained pineapple chunks. Mix well. I like to put this in a seving dish next to pretty lil serving plates with miniatue forks or fancy food picks or toothpicks will even work.
