Pulled pork has never been this quick and easy!  Learn all the secrets behind my Instant Pot pulled pork recipe, plus try 4 different instant pot pulled pork recipes that are perfect for meal prep during the week!

RECIPES:

BASIC INSTANT POT PULLED PORK

4 lbs pork loin, boneless or bone-in
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbs olive oil
1 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth

BBQ INSTANT POT PULLLED PORK

For the Pulled Pork:

4 lbs pork loin, boneless or bone-in
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbs olive oil

For the BBQ Sauce:

1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 clove garlic minced
4 oz can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp granulated onion
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp molasses
1 tbsp raw honey
1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper

INSTANT POT CARNITAS PULLED PORK

4 lbs pork loin, boneless or bone-in
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbs olive oil

For broiling:

2 tbsp chopped cilantro
2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp sea salt

INSTANT POT CAROLINA PULLED PORK

4 lbs pork loin boneless or bone-in
2 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne powder
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp cumin
2 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tbs olive oil
1 cups low sodium chicken broth
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp white vinegar

So as summer presses on I have really been craving a lot of good summer BBQ foods. And chief among them was ribs, so I decided I would try my hand at making a simple & delicious version of vegan BBQ ribs. I really wanted to make sure that it was a recipe that anyone could do in their home kitchen in around an hour.

Description: Easy BBQ Ribs Instant Pot

Ingredients Needed:

• Back ribs 2 racks
•Your favorite BBQ sauce
•2 Tablespoons of salt
•2 Tablespoons of Black pepper
•4 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar
•2 Tablespoons of Paprika

Instructions:

1. Clean and remove membrane from Ribs

2. Season the Back Ribs with generous amount of salt, black pepper, brown sugar and Paprika.

3. Place Ribs in Instant Pot (Depending on size of instant you may need to cut ribs)

4. Add one cup of water

5. Close lid on Instant ensure the pressure valve set to sealed. Push manual and set to High Pressure for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and do a quick release. Open the lid carefully.
(Ensure Red pin is down before opening)

6. Apply Sauce and Finish in the Oven: Brush your favorite BBQ sauce all over the ribs on all sides.

7. Place the ribs with the baking tray in the oven for 10 minutes on broil 450F.

8.Remove from oven and enjoy.

Absolutely delicious brisket in less than 2 hours, plus the overnight marinating. Use any seasonings or sauces you like.

Today’s Ingredients:
3 lb beef brisket
1 TB salt
1 TB garlic powder
½ TB red pepper flakes
1 TB Worcerstershire sauce
2 TB liquid smoke

1 cup barbeque sauce
½ cup water

Marinate the brisket in the seasonings overnight, then cook on manual/high for 1 hour with a 15-minute natural pressure release before quick-releasing the remaining pressure.

Because the most requested video recipe to come my way was RIBS, and since we’re in the swing of summer, there’s no better time than now to share this with everyone. And so, I give you BABY BACK RIBS! It couldn’t be easier, and because we’re cooking these in our fabulous Instant Pot, it’s fall-off-the-bone style. We’re talking the most tender, flavorful, messy and to-die-for ribs – they way they should be! I was inspired by a few recipes to create this one and found that this method works best!

Note: In my video, I dip the brush right into the big container of sauce – which was fine because I used it all by making many more ribs after. If only using some of the sauce, pour it into a separate bowl before coating 😋

2 tablespoons tamari (soy sauce)

1 small yellow onion, chopped

1 tablespoon Hickory liquid smoke
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard powder
1 teaspoon salt

Slow cook on high heat for 1 hour.
