Claudia, serious, now my diet has changed the last 3 years watching your videos. Mexican and Indian cuisine has always been my top flavors. But now I've been cooking probably 80% Mexican/20% other (mostly Italian) since watching your videos. Your a really good chef! (I worked in Italian and Thai restaurants for 10 years). But Bro, your recipes are really good flavor. Sabroso Mucho! Orale' Chingona lol

LOL when the Thumbnail for this Video popped up into my Feed, I started LAUGHING, it looked like Bear Tacos… the laugh came because somebody I worked with 25 yrs ago went on vacation and when he came back, he brought in a lot of Tamales for everybody (100+ tamales) a couple of the guys popped some in the Microwave to heat them up at Lunchtime and….they smelled "different". When they actually tasted the Tamales, they ALL gagged and spit them out.. "What the F are these made of?" Coworker says "Bear, my brother and I shot one, they're not bad if you put a lot of salsa on them".

Your my go to for Mexican food . How about a super thin white corn tortilla for tacos and a type of taco meat that’s like a paste . Some kind of chicken and pork ground together to make a paste . A guy in KansasCity use to make it . His last name was Molineos. He passed away and took the taco meat with him . Man it was good

They looked very delicious. But I wouldn't add onions to the beans and I wouldn't dice the onions for the chile. Other wise I'm going to try them, cuz they do look delicious and I don't use those cheeses and creama. I'm a picky person lol. But I'm going to make some without some onions and those cheeses. Yummy video.
