omgosh! I just wanted to share that it's exciting to see a diverse couple. Since I am half Hispanic & half Asian (mother is from Panama and father was form Vietnam) and my husband is Mexican, I was looking for Mexican comfort food recipe. When I saw you add the homemade salsa at the end of the video with the soup spoon, I geeked out lol

Good recipe! – – – One thing to consider before freezing the extras. Allow them to completely cool before packaging them in an airtight baggy etc… If they are not cool they will continue to steam in the baggies and create steam, which will make them freeze together making it difficult to thaw them separately later.

I thought the potatoes were cooked like cubes, slices or whatever… I was very surprised to see tacos filled with only mashed potatoes ( no lettuce, salsa, onion, cilantro, tomatoes etc). I will stay with my idea of cooked potatoes and other veggies tacos without being deep fried.

If you have a alpha husband DO NOT MAKE THESE. If you have a BETA HUSBAND they will love these. Or if you’re a woman you will love these. Alpha males hate these tacos. Or Unless you’re going through hard times, there’s no shame in these type of tacos.
