Your Soup looks delicious! Now I'm hungry. lol I'm brand new (became interested this week) in dehydrating, because I live on the Gulf Coast. Three (count 'em THREE) times this calendar year I have been without electriciy for sufficient time to lose everything in my freezer. The freezer is for sale. I have learned my lesson. Going forward, everything is either canned or dehydrated. I've long been a fan of Linda's Pantry, and am so excited to have found your channel. I adore the notion of dried salsa. You definitely have a new subscriber! Thank you for sharing so generously your knowledge, experience, and advice.

The soup does look good and it is good to see someone using dehydrated products to cook with, but I loved seeing those souper cubes most of all. They look perfect for our household. Thanks for sharing!

I had all these ingredients in my pantry! Darcy, I learned from you how to dehydrate vegetables and how to make vegetable stock!! I also learned how to pressure can ground beef! It’s so exciting to go shopping in your own pantry to make a meal! Thanks, Darcy, for the great recipe. I’ll have to try the rice next! : )

I just stumbled across your channel for the souptember and I will be going back to watch your videos. I live in an RV and the dehydrated foods would be perfect and lightweight for the camper.
