How kind of you to take an Instant Pot recipe and convert it for those of us who don't have one. I swore I'd never want or use one but darn it, I've got one on my Amazon wish list now and maybe come Black Friday I'll pull the trigger. Till then, recipes like yours that can get converted are useful. Hubby is crazy picky about food but I think he will eat this and I love how smart you were to portion it out for multiple uses. I got some containers like yours at Walmart to see if I liked them and will now get a bigger set on Amazon…very useful. Thank you for all the helpful hints and the recipe, Mandy…you are great!!

Sweet lady, I would never normally correct someones spelling or grammar, but I say this from a person who wants you to succeed as much as possible and in that I mean I want people to find you and have your videos be searchable. I believe you made a booboo in the name of the video and it says "Who needs and Instant Pot?" And you may have meant "Who needs an Instant Pot?", if I am wrong I am terribly sorry, this comes from me loving you and your channel.
I think I may love this recipe and I know my hubby will love it with just a little more heat in his portion. He is a bit crazy with his spice, so much so that I make a pot of chili for me that includes cumin, garlic and cilantro, and a pot for him that is mostly just chili powder and jalapenos. Then I will freeze it in small containers, appropriate sizes for our portions, as he eats more than I do, and it just makes life easier on days when I can't cook due to pain. I am making this soon! I said the very thing about meat now only going in wide mouth jars. For me it's not getting it out if the jar, it's washing the jar!

I worked as a prep cook for 11 yrs. And I usually get cases of gloves and parchment from the restaurant from my old boss, anytime I wanted during his orders. But he is getting ready to retire and sell the place. So not sure if I can still order my supply. The parchment last me a couple years . But the case of gloves goes faster. lol
