I've had pressure cookers for many years for cooking & preserving my home grown fruits & veggies.
I finally broke down & bought an Instant Pot on sale & this will be my 1st recipe cooked in it with a flank steak that I will beat with the edge of a plate in a heavy duty ziplock bag with all the seasonings.😁
Could have done without the closeups of you eating!
Dont need an Insta pot, but I do use my multi purpose electric pressure cooker. I can do the same things Insta pot does.

Received an instant pot for Christmas. I will definitely try this.. I think with venison. But today I am making your blueberry lemon bread/cake. Looks DELICIOUS, I'm giving it a shot tomorrow. What I really need is your chili sauce recipe 😋😁 please. I'm 58, my Grandma passed 10 years ago this month. She made a chili sauce to die for. Looks similar to yours. Great on fried eggs and potatoes. Thank you for sharing. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
That looks delicious! I say open even a 3rd jar 😋

Is how we make it too. If steak is not on sale, I've made it with stew beef cubes and even pork chops. All turns out yummy.

You are teasing me. That looks wonderful………What happen to your lip?
Yum! That looks great! I'm going to have to try canning chili sauce now.
That looked delicious. Thank you for making it & thank you for the recipe. A grocery store in my town just ran a 3 day weekend sale on cubed steak.😍
I dont know why they call it Swiss steak, becuase more than likely it was Norwegian SW-ed-ISH steak. Just take the steak outback of the barn, lay on the chopping block, and cut the tenderizing slices on both sides with the farm fowl processing hatchet. Same for the hatchet cutting blade, but also the hatchet hammer side to pound the steak more flat and thin.
