You look great but just a question about xylitol. I have heard it spikes blood sugar and insulin and erythritol and stevia are better options. What are your thoughts on this?
I think it's great what you're doing… but What a disappointment that you're sponsored by this sweetlife thing. We have to buy this to be able to eat healthy cake…. so yes no sugar but at the same time we're falling in another (economical) trap. So what's the conclusion? Eat healthy if you have money….. we're not really there yet on making people change their habit for their lives and not just for their money.
I hope day your products can be purchased in the US.
