Did my head snap back when you started chopping the apple? Yes. Did I say, "Now he's talking!" when you pulled out the crock pot? Yes, yes, I did. Am I making the recipe this week? Yep.

I've just made this and it's delicious, I added black beans as i dont have pinto and I also added carrot and mushrooms blitzed in the processor, some milled chia seeds to thicken it up more. I'll definitely be making this again. Thank you for your amazing recipes.

Making this today! I love this chili! Second time around for me making this recipe. I'm missing the apple juice in today's version of the recipe, but I might add a tbs of apple cider vinegar if I think it needs that extra kick.

I made a one-pot chili but i went the super-savory route with root veggies: carrots, onions, celery, mushrooms (TONS of mushrooms) with lots of smoked chile powders (ancho, chipotle, smoked paprika), sage, garlic, thyme, and some cocoa powder. Finished with some truffle oil and i surprised myself that i didnt even miss the meat i forgot to add.

Yeah, it's missing protein, but holy hannah was it delicious!

I can’t wait to try this! This will be the third recipe I try. The first one, I made it 3 times. It’s the one that you said changed your life forever and it changed mine too!

Grass fed organ meat and beef is the healthiest food on the planet. You’ve been indoctrinated dude. Be the man of your castle and study. This vegan/vegetarian trap will destroy your mitochondria!! Seriously. And damaged mitochondria equals onset Alzheimer’s and much more!!!
