LOVE sweet potatoes!! They might be my favorite thing to eat right now! Do you have any recommendations for alternatives to quinoa? I'm choosing not to eat them right now because of some of the unethical practices and can't find the companies that are ethical about farming them.

I enjoy the taste of quinoa but unfortunately it upsets my stomach. This recipe looks great though, and I could definitely just sub in rice or bulgur.
