This is a Gluten Free Meal. Cornstarch is naturally GF however it could be cross contaminated at certain factories! There are many Companys like Bob's Red Mill who do sell a GF Cornstarch. I didnt mention it because the recipe is Gluten free meaning all products in it are GF! I have the recipe typed under the video and try to make my videos not to long as I understand people are busy! Enjoy your weekend!

Thanks Anna,, I was so glad I added the Pineapples,, it made a huge difference and my whole family loved it! I love the Crock pot,, can get everything all set in the morning and then I can go out for walks etc,, and not worry about dinner! 😉
Market Basket has the best prices,,Only down fall is that if your not there by 8:30 AM,,, it becomes so crowded and I dont like crazy crowded stores,, so I go early! I was very happy wioth these Chops!
