For meatballs:
*1.10 lb. Ground meat (60% beef, 40% pork)
*1 cup Bread crumbs
*1 Egg
*1/2 cup Milk
*1/2 tsp Allspice ground
*1/2 tsp Nutmeg ground
*1/2 tsp Garlic powder
*1/2 cup Onion (finely chopped)
*Salt/Pepper to taste
*Fresh parsley chopped
*Olive oil
*Butter
