OMG! Am making this! My life is at sixes and sevens these days because I must fit in caring for my 90 year old mother. It's become sooo time consuming, even though we have elderly care for her. But! I will find time to make this. After so many years being whole food plant based, cheese is still the thing I miss most 😫😥
Thank you as always Jana 🥰

Hi Chef Jana! 😃 I need your professional help as a Chef. I want to preserve my upcoming tomato crop by sun-drying (or in my case, dehydrating) then preserving them in oil, infused with herbs and garlic. But there are all these scary statements out there about if you do it the wrong way, you will get botulism. And other YouTube cooks I don't think are doing it safely, as many of the comments suggest. I am confused now as to how to make them properly. You are a Chef that I trust. Can you please show me the RIGHT and SAFE recipe for "Sun-Dried Tomatoes preserved in Olive Oil infused with Garlic and Herbs"? If I have to do hot water bath or even pressure canning to make them safely, I am totally fine with that. I just want to know how to do it SAFELY to preserve them so that they last through the long MN winter. THANK YOU, THANK YOU in advance.🥰😘💞

Another creator made a similar cheese base (w/o the olives and herbs, etc) using Ripple pea milk, so those looking for a soy alternative could try that.
This looks divine, BTW! Can't wait to try it!

Adding Dill and chives might be good…. i don't know if you ever add a little wine to cheeses or pates or any dish, but that might add a nice flavor to something…Most wines are not vegan though, you'd have to check…✨
