The satiety of microwaved sweet potatoes goes through the roof indeed, and the apples being the most satiating fruit (thanks for sharing this fact 😊) makes it very special!     I'm going to have to microwave my sweet potatoes. I do love baking them and find them almost dessert-like when they come out. However, I find they don't give me long-lasting satiety. I always thought it was because they're starch content was much lower than regular potatoes. With them coming out drier in the microwave, that just might do the trick! Another yummy experiment 😋 Thank you Justina! 'See' you next video 👋

    I would never have thought apples were high on the satiety scale, but they are delicious and I love that you can buy them and eat them right away, no waiting for ripening! 🙌🍎
    This looks like such an interesting combination!
    Sometimes if I have an overt fat with breakfast, say extra ground flax, I find myself wanting more fat/food throughout the day. Is there anything to that or is it all in my mind?! 😄
